Chicken meatballs

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and mold the mixture for some minutes.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Form about 30 small balls.

Place the balls on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180-200°C.


1 kg minced chicken meat
1 green pepper grated
1 red onion chopped
1 egg white
1 tomato grated
1 cup breadcrumbs or 1 cup oats
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
Mint leaves
1 shot of apple cider vinegar
Salt, pepper to taste
