Olive Oil Muffins

In a mixer add the eggs, milk and oil and beat them.

In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, lemon zest and salt.

Make a hole in the center of the bowl and pour the mixture of eggs, milk and oil. Then mold until unified.

Pour the dough in a muffin form lined with paper parchment.

Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.


250 gr flour
100 gr sugar
½ teaspoon baking soda
Lemon zest
180 ml milk
80 ml extra virgin oil
1 egg
Pinch of salt
