Chicken with curry

Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and sauté the chicken for about 5 minutes.

Sauté the onions for a couple of minutes.

Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, carry and boiling water (1/2 cup or more).

Simmer for about 25 minutes or till the chicken is tender.

Then add the strained yogurt and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Serve on a bed of rice.

Decorate with chives (if desired).


2 chicken fillets cut into small pieces
Fresh white mushrooms sliced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons curry
Boiling water
1 red onion chopped
500 gr Greek strained yogurt
Salt, pepper
